Accounting & Administration Manager Dawn M. Ballard, CPA Dawn joined the firm in late 2009 as accounting manager.  She has eighteen years of experience in both public accounting and private industry, including auditor at a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm and Controller/CFO of organizations from $25M to $500M, in various life cycle stages.  Dawn has extensive experience in financial reporting and broad practical knowledge of accounting systems. She has implemented and improved both systems and processes to leverage technology as well as human resources to provide more robust and timely data to management. Dawn attended King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA and has B.S. in International Business. Susan L. Hartung, LPA Senior Accountant Susan is a graduate of Kaplan University, with over 12 years of experience in both public and private accounting. Susan oversees all our payroll services as well as handles most accounting functions. Lori B. Williams Payroll Accountant Lori is responsible for much of the firm's payroll activity, including live payroll and after-the-fact deposits and quarterly returns as well as W-2 reporting.
